Cancellation Policy

It is our goal at Aries 70 Studio to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases.

In the case of any unforeseen incident that prevents Aries 70 Studio from shooting on the scheduled date, we will attempt to reschedule your Session or provide a full refund of your deposit if applicable. Referral credits and gift cards can not be exchanged for cash. In order to ensure the integrity of the Service, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to decline to accept a Gift Card at any time, for any or no reason.

No refund or credit will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the session on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made. Additionally, any referral credits or gift cards will be considered as forfeited and no vouchers may be reapplied to a later date. Aries 70 Studio has the right, but not the obligation, to reschedule your session in the event of a client injury or illness that would impede the photo session. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and are at the discretion of Aries 70 Studio. Rescheduling fees may apply.

Full price includes digital images edited according to the photographer’s vision and experience. Any requested enhancement and/or a new editing will be subject to an additional fee PER image. (Fee amount contingent on the extent of request).

All images will be sent made available electronically and will include friendly instructions on how to download them. Prints, CDs and storage drives are not included unless agreed upon in writing.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Aries 70 Studio has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then Aries 70 Studio sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, he/she must notify Aries 70 Studio, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph. Refunds will NOT be given due to a client “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Aries 70 Studio will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.

To reserve the Session Date, Client shall pay to Photographer, upon execution of this Agreement, a non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of stipulated. Client understands and agrees that Photographer will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that Client cancels the portrait session or fails to attend the session on the Session Date, for any reason, Photographer shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain. As such, Client agrees that, in the event of cancelation by Client, such reservation fee shall be forfeited by Client and paid to Photographer as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. Client and Photographer agree that such amount is reasonable.
